Partial Palnning
Starting at $3000
Partial Planning is best for couples who want to be involved with the planning process, but with minimal time invested. These couples can benefit from a professional with experience handling the planning of logistics and final details. It provides a middle ground between full planning and DIY.
Inclusions:
Unlimited email communication/monthly meetings to discuss planning process
Offer vendor recommendations and assist with booking process
Up to 2 venue site visits, if applicable
Point of contact for all vendors
Confirm all final details with vendors
Assist with wedding vision and design
Up to 14 hours onsite day of event
Lead planner and 1 associate (minimum) day of event
Create detailed timeline
Assist with creating ceremony processional order
Design Assistance
Assist with all decor setup and takedown
Create detailed plan for cleanup at end of event
Attend final walkthrough at venue, if applicable
Rehearsal coordination (day before or morning of event)
Pickup and drop off linen rentals, if applicable
Credit of $200 for decor items (Oak & Willow Rentals) or Add- Ons
Manage changes and make adjustments day of event, as needed

Wedding Management
Starting at $1650
Wedding Management is for couples who enjoy a more hands-on approach to the wedding planning process, but needs assistance with managing the final details to ensure the event runs smoothly day-of.
Inclusions:
Unlimited email communication
Offer vendor recommendations
Point of contact for vendors starting 4-6 weeks prior to the event
Two meetings, including venue final walkthrough
Confirm all details with vendors
Up to 12 hours onsite day of event
Lead planner and 1 associate (minimum) day of event
Create detailed timeline
Assist with creating ceremony processional order
Assist with decor setup and takedown
Create detailed plan for cleanup at end of event
Rehearsal coordination, if applicable (day before or morning of event)
Manage changes and make adjustments day of event, as needed
Day of Management
Starting at $800
Day of Management is for the couple who has the wedding planning process under control! We will step in two weeks before the event to finalize the details and introduce ourselves to the vendor team. On wedding day we will handle the logistics so the couple and family can enjoy the day stress free!
Inclusions:
Meeting 2 weeks prior to the event day
Confirm details and arrival times with vendors
Execute timeline created by couple
Up to 8 hours on event day
Lead planner for event date, associate as needed
Finalize ceremony processional order
Assist with decor setup or takedown
Create detailed plan for cleanup at end of event
Rehearsal coordination, if applicable (day before or morning of event)
Manage changes and make adjustments day of event, as needed
Bride/Groome Concierge
Starting at $400
This service is for the bride or groom who wants someone to act as their personal attendant while focusing on their individual needs. This service is customized per client. The attendant is there to reduce stress and make the client feel pampered!
Inclusions:
Two meetings before event date
Unlimited email communication
Spend day with client, as requested (Minimum 4 hours, Maximum 8 hours)
Run errands, as needed
Pickup food and drinks for wedding party (Must be pre-paid)
Setup food/drink for client/wedding party (Does not include reception food/drink for guests.)
Steaming dresses, veil, suits, etc.
Gather personal belongings from getting ready areas after ceremony has started and place in designated area/vehicle
Clean up getting ready areas
Emotional support throughout day, as needed
Drive couple/wedding party (venue provided golf cart) for photos and/or to ceremony location
Gather gifts and cards to a designated location

Officiating Services
Starting at $175
Our team is honored to offer Officiating Services. We provide a professional, legally authorized individual to lead the couple’s ceremony. We will assist the couple in making sure the marriage license is properly filled out to ensure the marriage is legal.
Inclusions:
Two phone calls or meetings before ceremony
Personalized ceremony
Unplugged announcement, if desired
Pre and post ceremony announcements (unplugged, photo instructions, invite to cocktail/social hour, etc.)

Members of our staff will assist with:
Setting up and replenishing buffet catering
Bussing of tables
